Jaki Lee Bio
Jacqueline F. "Jaki" Lee is the Executive Assistant to attorney Cyrus Mehri and Office Manager at the law firm of Mehri & Skalet, PLLC in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lee directs a variety of administrative functions for the firm including providing administrative support for management and for associates. Mehri & Skalet wrote the report, Black Coaches in the National Football League: Superior Performance, Inferior Opportunities, which resulted in the increased focus on minority hiring in the National Football League.
For the past three years, Ms. Lee has played an integral role in the creation and management of the Fritz Pollard Alliance and currently oversees its day-to-day operation where she now serves as the group's Director of Administration/Finance. In addition she coordinates the group's events, manages membership drives, travel arrangements and assisted in launching the website. She also acts as the group's MC for these events and has authored three souvenir booklets. The last event being the induction reception for Fritz Pollard at the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio attended by Commissioner Tagliabue and keynote speaker Art Shell and many Hall of Fame recipients such as Kellen Winslow, Paul Warfield, Mike Haynes and others.
Last year, Ms. Lee was awarded the FPA's Game Ball Award for her dedication and untiring work.
