Cowboys at Eagles Predictions: Point Spread, Total, Props, TV, Streaming for Saturday’s Regular Season Finals

The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles close out the 2021 regular season and Week 18 doubles schedule on Saturday when they face off at Lincoln Financial Field. Both of these clubs have already clinched a playoff berth as the Cowboys won the NFC East title a few weeks ago. With that in mind, there’s not much at stake for these two teams other than wanting to get the upper hand over their division rivals. However, the Cowboys might be motivated to play this game at full speed as they could move up from the No.4 seed to the No.2 seed in the NFC. Meanwhile, Philly can’t finish better than the No.6 seed.

In this space we will specifically look at the different betting angles that this game has on deck for us. We’ll take a look at how the lines have changed throughout the week through to Saturday night and, of course, give you our picks for this game along with a handful of our favorite player accessories.

Line movement

Latest odds: Philadelphia Eagles +4

The spread has been on a roller coaster ride during the week. That number opened at Cowboys -3.5 and came down to 1.5 points last Sunday night. From there that total started to climb and increased to Cowboys -7 with the news that they would play their starters in the final. Since hitting the touchdown threshold, that number has started to drop again as it has now dropped 2.5 points to Cowboys -4 on Friday.

The choice: Cowboys -4. If that was 7 points, I would probably be inclined to tip with the Eagles. However, being under the touchdown threshold, I have no problem scoring the points and riding with Dallas, especially since he has more motivation in this game. If things go wrong, the Cowboys can secure a field advantage during the divisional round, which is enough motivation. As for Philly, he can’t get into the seeds and maybe it would be better to rest before the playoffs.

Key trend: The Cowboys are 7-1 ATS in their last eight road games.

Over / Under total

The total hovered around some, but not at the gap. It fell to 40.5 on Sunday after opening at 45, but has since jumped to 43.5 on Friday.

The choice: Over 43.5. Again, motivation from the Dallas side is the key point. If the Cowboys intend to play their starters and treat this like a typical game, they have the offensive firepower to get us 75% of the way out of that total. Earlier this season, these two teams totaled 62 points. The Cowboys have also scored over 20 points in six straight games on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Eagles are averaging 28.5 points per game during that four-game winning streak and won’t have to face Cowboys star linebacker Micah Parsons, who is on the COVID-19 roster, and CB. Trevon Diggs.

Key trend: Over is 4-0 in the Eagles’ last four home games.
