The Philadelphia 76ers will have their head coach returning for their clash with the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. After missing two games due to entering Protocols on Dec. 30, Doc Rivers will return as head coach of the Sixers.
Defensive Coordinator Dan Burke has been the team’s head coach for the previous two games, both wins, and he has done a good job in both games. Nonetheless, he will step down from coaching duties at Rivers and will once again focus on defending the team. The Sixers are currently on a 4 game winning streak, with both coaches winning two of the four games, so they split the wins.

The Sixers are now sitting at 20-16 and they’re the No.5 seed in the Eastern Conference, so they have some momentum on their side at the moment. Adding Rivers to the fold to lead the team should do the team some good as they advance.
