Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will be shown on Thursday, first teaser online

Activision will hold a Call of Duty Next livestream next Thursday where it will include Call of Duty Warzone Mobile.

The company posted a short teaser of Call of Duty Warzone Mobile online, reporting that Call of Duty Next will air on September 15. Not only will it show more of the mobile version of Warzone, new details around Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will also be reviewed. The livestream will take place at 6:30 PM Dutch time.

The official website of the mobile game is also live, although no further information can be found there yet. Last March, Activision announced that it was working on a mobile version of the battle royale shooter Warzone. The free-to-play game was released on consoles and PC in 2020, attracting more than 100 million players within 13 months.

The mobile version of Warzone was previously codenamed Project Aurora. Last May, some players were already able to try out the game via a closed alpha. Shortly afterwards, images leaked out, which showed that the Verdansk map is in the game in any case.
