The Fifa 23 mobile app is available to download now, giving players who have already created an Ultimate Team in Fifa 22 early access to FUT 23.
Earlier this week, the Fifa 23 web app was released for consoles and PC, and players can now also download the mobile Companion App for iOS and Android. The apps (both mobile and web versions) allow players to already open packs and sell items in Fifa Ultimate Team 23.
It is not possible to play matches in the apps. However, the teams in Ultimate Team can be put together and players can complete associated challenges. Also, users can claim loyalty bonuses depending on how long they have been playing Fifa games.
The app does not work properly for everyone. For example, there are problems with the Squad Building Challenges, which are sometimes not completed if the player does the necessary actions. EA says it is investigating the problems, and is also working on an update that should ensure that certain users can log in to the app again.
Fifa 23 comes out on September 30 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. However, those who pre-order the Ultimate Edition will receive early access, starting September 27. A ten-hour demo will also start on that date, which EA Play members can use.
