Former Call of Duty creator leaves Deviation Games

Chief creative officer Jason Blundell has left Deviation Games, a studio creating a game to be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Blundell was one of the founders of Deviation Games. Before that, he headed Call of Duty studio Treyarch. Deviation Games is now to be led by co-founder Dave Anthony.

Other than that Deviation Games is working on an original IP that will be published by Sony, nothing is known about the game yet. The studio did announce that Louis Castle, the co-founder of Westwood Studios, has been hired as senior voice president of development.
