New images and information from Horizon Call of the Mountain

New images and information from PlayStation VR2 game Horizon Call of the Mountain have surfaced online.

For example, developer Guerrilla Games posted a short trailer online and IGN had a hands-on session with the game, including a video showing even more gameplay footage.

According to IGN, the length of the game should be about six to seven hours. That’s not as long as Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, but – as noted in the video – longer than a mere tech demo.

In addition, several hands-on sessions, including Gamespot, show players controlling a prison escaped Carja soldier named Ryas. The game takes place during the events of Zero Dawn.

Horizon Call of the Mountain is set to release sometime early next year, along with the PlayStation VR2.
