Nintendo Direct will not be broadcast live in the UK

In honor of the recently deceased Queen Elizabeth II, the Nintendo Direct will not be broadcast live by Nintendo UK.

The Nintendo Direct will be broadcast worldwide this afternoon at 4 p.m. Dutch time on Nintendo’s various YouTube channels, but that will not happen in the UK. Instead, the Direct will be posted there in its entirety an hour later. However, this doesn’t stop UK residents from watching the livestream live on another YouTube channel.

Yesterday, Nintendo announced that a Nintendo Direct will air today. The livestream will last approximately 40 minutes and will mainly contain information about Nintendo Switch games coming out this winter. The live stream can be viewed below. Sony will also broadcast a new State of Play at midnight.
