Ubisoft is working on an Assassin’s Creed mobile game called Codename Jade.
The developer will announce this during the Ubisoft Forward presentation. Codename Jade is made for mobile phones and will only appear on this platform. The game is set in ancient China in which players can visit and climb the Great Wall of China, among other things. Ubisoft also announced that for the first time in the franchise, players will be able to create and personalize their assassin themselves. Besides the gameplay images, nothing is known about the release date, the story or the revenue model of the game.
It’s not the first time Ubisoft has released a mobile version of a major title. For example, Rainbow Six Siege Mobile will be released soon and Ubisoft held an alpha test for the upcoming The Division: Resurgence last August.
